A Little About Me
(although it's really about you)
My grandmother on my maternal side was Babaylan (the revered shamanic spiritual leaders of the Philippines who sat by the side of the Datu / leaders) and all my life I've been told that I have her voice and many of her traits.
I grew up as 'the weird child' that climbed trees and sang to the Universe, believing
that I was 'helping God to hold creation in the right shape'.
Naturally that was embarrassing for my parents so they sent to me to Stage School where I could deepen my love of the voice in a more appropriate manner that wouldn't make the neighbours raise an eyebrow quite so much.
I began my 'professional career' as a vocal coach, working with Brit Award winners,
West End performers, and television and radio personalities. Loads of fun!
Very quickly though, I saw that it wasn’t enough to train the external voice.
True expression comes from aligning the inner voice too.
Our self-perception is what creates the confidence and courage to be seen and heard.
After I became a mother for the first time, I pivoted onto working on the largest stage in the world
— the internet — helping visionary entrepreneurs embody, embrace, and express their essence.
Together we built communities that weren’t just profitable but deeply connected.
Our campaigns generated over £9 million in sales while cultivating cultures where trust,
transparency and connection came first and where soul always led the way.
Then I went through a long cycle of identity dismantling through trauma and abuse and made the decision to step into the background for safety reasons.
And in that space, I came back to a dream I'd always had of as a child: to be able to spend all my time reading books.
Through my own journey I came to learn how being able to clearly articulate your story is one of the most powerful ways to align the inner and outer voice and I distilled the energy of my work into this space.
It allowed me to continue making my difference in the world, even as I felt I needed to 'hide'.
I've now helped nearly 200 people to preserve their memoirs, step into their legacy work, integrate their power and lead their communities through story.
I am passionate about books that don’t just sit on shelves but rebuild families,
communities, shift cultures, and create solutions and impact that goes far beyond the page.

I have to confess: before I met Michelle, I wanted to play small. It was easier. My fears and doubts about whether I had anything useful to say were firmly in charge. I was going to sit in my kitchen and ignore my calling forever.

Months earlier, someone had proposed that I write a book about my life story—empowering women around finance. A friend even created a brilliant outline for me. However, my fears around writing—that I wasn't good enough, that my story wasn't worthy of being written—meant that outline sat stuck in a drawer for nine months.
After that walk with Michelle, something shifted. It wasn't immediate, but as we bounced ideas back and forth, everything began to change. I was due to go to Dubai, but as is often the case, destiny determined that wasn't the course my book and purpose needed to take. It was Michelle who enabled and empowered what needed to be born.

It's like she's turned on a tap to the universe and allowed all the knowledge and wisdom I'm meant to give to the world to flow through me.
This is hard to articulate because it isn't simply a marketing plan or "I'm going to write your book for you"—though those are component parts of what Michelle does for me. It's so much more. She amplifies who I am and my creativity.
